Intracardiac metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma with functional tricuspid valve stenosis is not common. Furthermore, hepatopulmonary syndrome associated with hepatocellular carcinoma is rarely encountered.
We present a case of intracardiac metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma presenting with functional tricuspid valve stenosis accompanied with hepatopulmonary syndrome. |

|
간세포암의 심장내 전이와 이로 인한 혈역학적 삼첨판 폐쇄는 아주 드문 질환이며, 간세포암으로 인한 간폐증후군 또한 보기 드문 질환이다. 저자들은 호흡곤란과 전신부종을 주소로 본원을 방문한 환자에서 간폐증후군과 전이성 심장종양이라는 흔치 않은 간세포암의 두 가지 양상이 동시에 일어난 증례를 관찰하였기에 보고하는 바이다. |
